Fall is in the air again..

We like fall! In Minnesota fall is a sign that things are really going to change.. Here in Kansas fall is a change but we had no idea how big of a change. You see, in the raising of the older two kids, we didn't do sports. NOW, we are! Football and Volleyball.. Brian is now in his 3rd year of football, but last year he was out for the year due to the healing collar bone. So this is sort of like starting over, He did get to play in the JV game, but they ended up and lost. We are excited that he's so thrilled about being on the team. We are anxious to see how the season goes..

We are also supporting Andrea playing on the Volleyball team for 7th and 8th graders. She's learning alot and having a ton of fun.

The change for us, is that some of their games are on the same night and that they have practice everynight.. and games 2 times a week... we aren't up on going that much. We are so appreciative that Derek is here to pick up the kids and to help out.. So we are all learning tons~

We also had a wonderful time camping with family over labor Day.. Even if it rained and we were all drown rats.. We survived and the caneoing was super~ We loved the company!!

We made a stop in Branson for a bit of a family vacation. We stayed at a cheap hotel, had cable (so that was a treat for us), we visited the outlet mall, some go-carting, the kids rode on the Segways and we saw the Moscow Circus. These photos were some of the strange things at the Circus. The Giant Slinky was actually a woman inside moving it all around.. Very cool to watch!... And the bubble man was totally Messy~~ But quite graceful and very pretty.. He made tons of bubble~
