Puppies, Seventh and Nineth grade, OH my!!!

It's always amazing this time of year when school starts. We have had the usual busy summer and the time has just flown by. We have spent the past couple of weeks getting supplies, shoes and eye exams. This year there are only two kids in our house attending school.


Brian is in High school, Nineth grade! Oh course he's taller then me and wears a size 13 shoe.. I think we have purchased our last store bought shoes, it's to special order after this~ He was a bit nervous, but seems to think after two days that he will be o.k. This was also the first full day alone for our puppies that are 12 weeks old now. Brian had Leo to love on before we left the house.

Andrea is in the Seventh grade this year. Ann got her new contacts on Thursday night the first day of school, so she's still adjusting to them. I'm not sure how my baby girl got to be so old. She's wonderful and we're excited to see her growing and learning. Andrea was snuggling with Snoopy so he would know we love him, even when we're gone all day.

It's amazing to see the two youngest kids going off to these challenging years in Middle and High school. How thrilling it is to know that they are capable, independent and so responsible~
