Deployment day!

This one was actually taken yesterday. I got it today from a mom of one of Casey's friends. What a great surprise to get an email of pictures from my son's deployment. It was just wonderful for her to take the time to send them to me and such a nice note about Casey. WE are praying for all the soldiers in this unit. THANKS~

Oct 2008 last time we have seen him at the KCI airport.

Again we begin, today is the deployment of our second son CASEY! I can't believe it's here. Where did the time go? just the other day he was the worker man fixin' my sewing machine, under the table as I was sewing.. I would pretend that it didn't work and he would come running with tools in hand and belt around his waist with more dangling from it. "I can fix it mom!" He would declare and it was easy to see he wanted to...


Now my little worker man is off working with the WARHORSE unit from the 82nd Airborne. What a big leap he's made.. It was be his 20th Birthday his month and a Christmas will pass with him away. Many other things will be missed.. But my heart and my thoughts will be with yet again another son half way around the world for the next year.. So hang on here we go again!
