First Patrol on Ft. Bragg

Just wanted to post again and remind all about what all Casey is doing these days. He's working nights now and so if you have time,,, call late in the afternoon or evening to chat with him..

He has been training and preparing for his patrol duty at Ft. Bragg and while we were there March 8, 2008 we got to see him all dressed (nothing like a guy in uniform) and working. So this is for you CASEY!
At first, we weren't to excited that on the only weekend we came to Ft. Bragg you had to work. But we were very, VERY thrilled to be there to see you all dressed for work and to meet your partner for the shift. We are so proud of all the work you have done the past year. It will be a year the first part of May, when you left home for Ft. Leonardwood MO. for Basic. WOW!! You have sure grown and worked very hard this past year and look at what all you have learned and done. You are not only an MP but you finished the Airborne training and jumped out of all kinds of planes. You have a new truck and have driven from KS to MO, Indiana and on to Ft. Bragg all on your own. You hauled us around from GA to Bragg for a week in that nice red truck too. We aren't thrilled to know that by the end of this Nov. you will be serving in Iraq too, but we are so appreciative of you and all you have done.. We could not be any prouder of you and Derek!
