Yes, it's raining again. (or it has been, it's hot and dry today)

We have had more rain this year, than we need or can handle.

Many roads were flooded, including the road that goes from town to our house and

this road that runs in front of our house. We had Caleb and Anna come over to spend the

night on Sat. (Jake came along for a visit) and it rained most of the night.

Don took Caleb to town to get a movie and the water was getting higher and higher by the time they came back, and they were even fast at picking out the movie. Later he took

the kids to the corner to see the all the water running over the road.

By morning it was over the road by quite a few feet and we had to go south and then back north to get to church. It was over the road closer to town near the mall as well. We were lucky that our basement was dry and we really had little to complain about compared to others. Other Kansas areas, Texas and Oklahoma are all dealing with tons of water, many with water to the roof. Many in Coffeyville KS are dealing with an oil spill as well as all the water.
